Today is week two of my 'common cold.' Ugh! Off to work.

Releasing Potential

Incased within us, just below the skin of being, silently flowing within the dermas of the soul, lays an endorphin accessed completeness.

Why then, had I once again neglected the exercise that allows me this added feature of life? Of late I had been slipping into a shallower state, a more limit exercise of mind and body that has caused a hardening of self. My thoughts that once readily dance around divine beauty, artistic creativity and hope have faded to wisps of delicate memory.

There is power in simple resolutions. I have found a return to self in the action of simple, regular exercise. I have changed my diet and eliminated sugar.

Now, 10 pounds lighter and mentally refreshed, I am revived!!!

Specters of Morning Twilight

Something peculiarly feminine
Dwells in me
Emotions rush, feelings revel
Carefully, in the dark
I fold them each away
Under lock and key
